What type of warranty do you offer?
On roofing jobs materials are typically waranteed by manufacturer from 20 – 50 years. Labor and workmanship warranty is usually between 2 – 5 years.
How long will roof replacement take?
Most roof replacements take between 1 – 2 days.
How long will a residential remodeling job take?
Remodeling jobs (drywall, painting, stone patios, pergolas, etc.) usually are completed within 1 week. Minor repairs usually in 1 day.
How do I know if I should file a claim?
We offer free inspections and will make a recommendation taking all factors into consideration i.e. amount of damage. amount of deductible, if type of damage is typically covered, etc.
Why should I have a contractor present with the insurance adjuster?
It is recommended to have a contractor meet the insurance adjuster to ensure that everything that was damaged during the “incident” (hail, wind, fire, etc.) is included in the claim. Otherwise, omitted items will have to be asked for in a supplement and the adjuster may have to return to re-inspect which will delay the process and any repairs. Even worse the damage may not be noticed until much later resulting in a separate claim and costing the homeowner multiple deductibles.

How much money do you need to start the repairs?
Typically we will not collect any payment until the day work begins. Then depending on the time of completion a suitable payment schedule will be agreed to in advance. Jobs completed in less than 5 days usually 50% first day and 50% upon completion.
What type of payments do you accept?
Cash, checks, insurance endorsed checks, and most major Credit Cards.
