“We used CARSA construction for our home repairs, and they were GREAT! We had damage to our roof and needed it replaced. CJ came out and looked at the roof and gave me a prompt estimate, his prices were very fair. We had 5 other roofing companies also give estimates. We chose to go with CARSA, and we are so glad we did. He met with our insurance adjuster and I, he also provided me with all of the materials, choices, colors and prices to make the decisions that I needed to make. CJ answered all of my questions whenever I had any, and I had lots, as this was the first time we have ever had to do this. He was always available by phone, text or email, and always responded promptly. They replaced our roof, we changed from wind turbines to ridge vents, and he explained it all to me to help me decide. They replaced our gutters and added gutter covers to the back where we had trees. Repaired the fence, power washed and stained it. The roof was finished in two days and looks great, the seamless gutters and covers were done the next day. The fence was damaged in a storm the night before they were to power wash it, so they ended up repairing it for us first, then washing and staining it, another two days. So all work took a total of five days, with a couple bad weather days and weekend in between. It all looks AMAZING and we couldn’t be happier! We will definitely use this company again and recommend them to all we know that may need work done. From start to finish CJ kept me informed, was very professional, helped me deal with the insurance, and all of his workers were very nice, efficient, polite and helpful. We couldn’t ask for a better experience, we wish all companies were like this one, it would make life so much easier. Thank you CARSA and CJ it was a pleasure working with you.”

He also installed crown molding in my living room. I am so happy I selected them. They just came back about a month after finishing the job to clean or touch up any of the items on my tick list just like a new home builder would. “My project is about 85% complete, but I didn’t want to hesitate writing my review about my experience so far with CJ and Carsa Construction. From the beginning, every person I have worked with has been thorough, responsive, and timely (whether it be CJ or his partners). As a general contractor, CJ excels in his ability to proactive communicate and respond to every area of detail–it is a quality hard to find in my experience having remodeling projects completed in the past. Even further, his entire team has embodied the utmost level of professionalism, care, and attention to my home–every night they have ensured they clean up after the day’s work, and they are proactively thoughtful throughout the project to communicate openly and transparently with me on every level to ensure I am made aware of any items of discussion immediately (which is part of the process when you remodel, as you find things along the way). In a short period of time, I have grown to trust his team implicitly–they arrive promptly, they are courteous that I work at home, they are completely respectful of the most simple things (like asking me if it’s Ok to eat lunch inside on a cold day), and I trust leaving them in my home when I am not here. Being impressed puts it very lightly with this team, and I have thoroughly enjoyed each and every person on the team. While still a few odds / ends to complete, I came home this evening to find that the team had literally cleaned almost every inch of my bathroom (after the remodel), and it was obviously they even started dusting off some of my bedroom furniture (that had understood dust created from the work). This team is remarkable.
